How long before I notice anything?
Be realistic with it. The capsule side works cumulatively — alpha-lipoic acid, benfotiamine and the B vitamins build up over time, and most people give it a full four to eight weeks before deciding. The spray is the piece designed for use in the moment. If you want a fair trial, take the capsules daily and keep the spray for the days that need it.
Can I take this with my current medications?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first — genuinely. This matters most if you take medication for diabetes or blood sugar, blood thinners, or thyroid medication, or if you're pregnant or nursing. Bring the label with you; every dose is printed on it, which makes that conversation much easier.
Is this a drug?

Why is there a spray at all — why not just capsules?
